Emilie has joined us as Executive Assistant, and has quickly become an integral part of the team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and creating more capacity across the business, so we can continue delivering exceptional support to our clients.
We're also very pleased to welcome Gemma, a Norfolk-based HR consultant with more than 18 years' experience in the profession. A skilled HR generalist, Gemma brings a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to people management, with particular expertise in employee relations and helping organisations navigate complex workplace issues. Having supported a diverse range of businesses across multiple sectors, Gemma has a talent for quickly understanding different organisational environments and tailoring practical solutions that work. Her experience, values and down-to-earth style make her a natural fit for the Mustard team.
