"What's Employee Relations?" we hear you ask

In a nutshell, Employee Relations (sometimes referred to as ER) refers to the individual and collective relationships within the workplace. Whilst a positive ER climate - with high employee engagement, commitment, satisfaction - is optimal (and we can certainly help with that), most employers know that people management is not always plain sailing.

Sometimes things go wrong - people can be unpredictable - leaving you with challenges that may feel overwhelming to tackle alone.

Subscriptions

Access a range of great value HR Advice options in our 'Ready!' 'Set' or 'Go!' Peace of Mind subscription packages

'Recruit Right' & 'People Sorted' optional add-on's:

  • Recruitment software (ATS)
  • HR software (HRIS)

PAYG

Most of our services are offered on an ad-hoc 'Pay As You Go' arrangement, providing customised HR support on a time and materials basis:

  • Remote: hourly fee (also offered in pre-paid bundles - see 'Sustain' Retained Services).
  • In-person: day/half day fee.
  • Use us as little or much as you like.

Fixed Fee

  • Products (such as template policies, training resources) are offered on a Fixed Fee basis.
  • Services which lend themselves to a Fixed Fee option include Mediation and Mentorship, as well as other select services.
  • Packages - from time to time we offer Products & Services in a Fixed Fee package, such as our exclusive Sexual Harassment Prevention Kits.

Retained Support

We've refined our HR & Recruitment Consultancy retainers to what experience tells us clients want most. With our 'Focus' and 'Sustain' Retained Support plans, you can:

  • Secure our time - expert guidance and dependable support when it matters most.
  • Gain priority access to a dedicated consultant, resourced at the relevant level of expertise.
  • Benefit from predicable costs, with set monthly fees offered at competitive rates.

Focus: fixed-term, fractional cover & projects

  • Fractional - ideal when you identify a gap or require a period of cover from an experience professional who can hit the ground running.

  • Projects - applies to any of our services which lend themselves to project work, helping you to navigate people-related strategy, periods of growth, change and other time-sensitive challenges.

Sustain: on-going consultancy services *

  • Consistent people support through a long-term partnership - rolling monthly agreement with room to flex hours up or down.

  • Pre-paid 'bundles' of hours for any of our PAYG HR & Recruitment Consultancy Services, at a discounted rate.

* To ensure we maintain high standards, 'Sustain' spaces are limited. We operate a wait list when at capacity.
